Meeting and travel logistics
The meeting will take place from noon on Wednesday, Feb. 17, to noon on Thursday, Feb. 18.
The meeting sessions will be held at the Fluno Center, 601 University Avenue, Madison, WI 53715 (http://fluno.com/index.php). Information on getting to the Fluno Center is available at http://fluno.com/pdfs/FlunoCenterGuestGuide.pdf .
A meeting agenda will be provided prior to the meeting.

The nearest commercial airport is Dane County Regional Airport, http://www.msnairport.com/, about six miles from the Fluno Center; depending on the time of day, it may take 20 minutes for the drive. There is no hotel shuttle service provided. Car rental agencies are located at the airport, as are taxi companies – the cab fare would be around $15-$20 one way, including the tip.
A block of rooms has been reserved for meeting participants on Feb. 16 and 17, at the cost of $129 per night. Please be sure you indicate you are with the Northern Tier Network Consortium, group #109492, in order to get the special rate. Rooms in the block that have not been reserved by Jan. 17, 2016 will be released to the public.
There is a cost for parking at the Fluno Center:
- If you are staying at the hotel, you will receive your parking pass when you check into your room.
- If you are attending the meeting but not staying at the Fluno Center, we will have a parking pass available for you at the front desk of the hotel when you arrive for the meeting.
